Job Title : Business Analyst

Salary : £30000-£36000

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Business to define and document Business Requirements
  • Work with Developers, QA, Data Analysts and Trainers collectively to develop and deliver the needs of the Business with a common understanding
  • Work with Stakeholders to define Project Scope and Develop Business Cases to support prioritisation of work
  • Carry out Gap Analysis between new Business Requirements and Existing Capabilities
  • Create supporting Documentation using appropriate Business Analysis Techniques
  • Acting as a product owner in both Agile and Waterfall settings
  • Managing the product backlog
  • Collaborating with the Performance Standards team to ensure newly proposed applications meet regulatory and procedural requirements
  • Produce and distribute a reporting suite on the effectiveness of the quality assurance function
  • Provide light touch Project Management where required
  • As-Is and To-Be Business and System Process Maps using standard notations such as BPMN or UML

Job Title : IT Manager

Salary : £30000-£40000

Roles And responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate programs consisting of multiple projects within business-critical areas to provide unified oversight and transparency to key stakeholders
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the program(s)/project(s) from initiation through implementation with all involved teams
  • Create and maintain overall program(s)/project(s) level plans for each major effort
  • Collaborates effectively, both internally (with product, technical delivery and support teams) and externally (with suppliers and customers) to successfully deliver assigned projects
  • Report status, provide support to technical leads and serve as the information conduit for centralized project tracking and risk mitigation
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert in the following areas: Task Planning: Project estimation, prioritization, schedule development
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Project status, scope changes, project overview, milestones, and Gantt chart
  • Risk and Issue Management: Assessment, logging, monitoring
  • Conduct ongoing weekly tracking and review progress with the PMs Track progress against plans, review testing results and metrics, identify risks and issues along with mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure milestones are completed and implement governance architecture to track them.
  • Perform analysis on overall project performance (e.g.; Change Requests, Defects, post implementation defects, etc.) to implement continuous improvement
  • Work with other team members to assess inter-dependencies of efforts and potential gaps in plans and/or conflicts in resources - Ensure all plans reflect dependencies.

  • A basic knowledge of SEO principles when building
  • JavaScript experience would be a nice to have
  • Must be able to mix creativity with commercial understanding
